Tom Hildreth, President
Tom started work with his father as a teenager and continued throughout his college years.
After 8 years as a high school science teacher Tom joined the family business full-time and has led the company to success during the past 25 years. Tom is now the President of Martin Hildreth Company, Inc.
Tom has a bachelor degree in science education and is a certified Septic System Inspector.
David Hildreth, Vice President
Like his father, David began working for Martin Hildreth Company in his early teen years - operating a backhoe and other equipment with experience beyond his years.
Now the vice president and foreman of the Martin HIldreth Company team, Dave demonstrates the Hildreth work ethic in all aspects of his life.
David has degrees in HVAC, Auto Repair, and Auto Body Repair.
David is also a Tech Sgt. in the Iowa Air Guard.
David and his wife, Holly, live in Rockwell City and have three beautiful children, Collin, Emmersyn and Estella.

The company was founded in 1955 by Martin Hildreth. He started this business with a pickup and a shovel and built the business on hard work and dedicated service. His commitment to doing a job well for a fair price continues today as the cornerstone of Martin Hildreth Company, Inc.
Today, Martin enjoys retirement, while son, Tom and grandson, David carry on the daily operations.

Ryan Hildreth
Ryan has been part of the business on a part-time basis for a number of years. He too has had his share of hours working for "Grampa's Business."
Whenever he's not flying airplanes with the Iowa Air Guard 185th Refueling Wing or for Jet Blue you may find Ryan running the bore machine, moving snow or digging with the backhoe.
A Major in the Iowa Air Guard, Ryan also holds a degree in History.
Ryan and his wife, Sandra, live in Rockwell City and have two pretty little girls, Kathleen and Quinn and a son, Eli.

Theresa Hildreth, Financial Officer
Theresa joined Tom at Martin Hildreth Company, Inc. full time in 2009 as business manager and head "go-fer girl."
With a background in marketing, public relations and I.T. she has guided the company financial and electronic business operations into the 21st century.
Married to Tom for the past 38 years, the couple enjoys working together and as a family.
Theresa wears many hats - but the most important one is as Mom and as Grandma Theresa to their ever growing family. With eleven grandchildren under the age of 10, this is one busy Grandma!
